Many people ask us everyday about the process behind starting a photoshoot with us. It’s a really simple process, actually, and we ensure every step along the way that you are getting exactly what you want. We put together a video outlining a lot of what we do.

The first step to a photoshoot with Nick Persinger Creative is the production meeting. You, as our customer, simply schedules an appointment with us on our website, and we will put the date on the calendar. We usually meet at a Starbucks or Caribou Coffee, wherever is more comfortable for you. At this meeting, we discuss your goals for your photographs and what kind of art you want to come from it. Everything from makeup to lighting is talked about, and we’re very thorough. We talk about costs and place a date on the calendar for the shoot to occur.

Our team is fun and our photoshoots are on location, meaning we go wherever you want during your photoshoot for no extra charge.

In the meantime, our team goes to work to make sure everything is ready for photoshoot day. We prepare our signature snacks, our makeup and hair team works out their steps for an efficient morning, and we pack our things. We want everything to go great for your photoshoot morning!

On the morning of the photoshoot, we usually arrive an hour early to prepare our things. One of the best things about Nick Persinger Creative is that we come to you with all of our stuff, such as our lighting equipment and our makeup stations. We believe everyone is more comfortable in their own home, and that’s exactly how we believe your photography should be too. We set up all of our things in preparation for the photoshoot.

While we do shooting in your own home with our portable equipment, one of the cool things about working with us is that for your photoshoot, we will travel anywhere to make it happen. If you need part of your shoot at Millennium Park in Chicago and the other part at Hollywood Beach, we will make that happen for you.

After photoshoot day, you can expect our edits and finishing touches on your photos to be sent back to you within two weeks or sooner. Because we sell photo packages with every shoot, we can have your entire photoshoot with all prints, albums, and additional products shipped to you at no extra charge within three to four weeks.
